Product principle introduction:
A freeze dryer is a commonly used drying equipment in compressed air post-treatment systems. It utilizes the principle of reducing the moisture content and temperature of humid air under constant pressure. By using refrigeration technology, the compressed air temperature is lowered, forcing the water vapor to condense into liquid water and be discharged outside the machine. Then, the dehydrated compressed air is heated to near ambient temperature, resulting in dry compressed air with low dew point and relative humidity at the exhaust port of the freeze dryer.

Design features:
- The evaporator is a key component of the refrigerated dryer, with a large margin design, reduced system pressure, high heat transfer efficiency, and standard hydrophilic aluminum foil fins that are non greasy, corrosion-resistant, and durable
- The compressor is a device that extracts refrigerant vapor from the evaporator and compresses it, with stable performance
- The condenser is a heat exchange device where refrigerant vapor condenses and releases heat, which is carried away by circulating air or water. The air-cooled condenser uses hydrophilic aluminum foil, which is corrosion-resistant and not prone to dust accumulation. The water-cooled condenser uses high-efficiency spiral finned copper tubes for efficient heat exchange, ensuring safe operation of the equipment
- The thermal expansion valve is the throttling mechanism of the refrigerated dryer, which converts high-pressure liquid into low-pressure liquid, creating conditions for the refrigerant to vaporize at low pressure and low temperature, effectively regulating the liquid supply to the evaporator
- High voltage protection, low voltage protection, antifreeze switch, condensation temperature control switch, overcurrent protection, phase sequence protection, fault output
- Adopting international brand electrical components to ensure precise and stable control system
- Efficient separator and automatic electronic drain valve to ensure the separation and discharge of liquid water
