Product principle introduction:
Compression heat adsorption dryer is a new type of compressed air dryer that uses the high-temperature heat energy from the exhaust of an air compressor to deeply desorb and regenerate adsorbents. It eliminates the need for an external electric heater and consumes no regeneration gas during heating. When cooling the desiccant, a very small amount of finished dry compressed air is used for cooling, which enables the desiccant to have adsorption conditions and greatly saves energy consumption. It is a new type of compressed air dryer with energy-saving effect.
Standard technical parameters:
  1. Air inlet temperature: 120-200 ℃
  2. Inlet pressure: 0.7-1.0Mpa
  3. Dew point of air:- 40℃
  4. Regeneration gas consumption: ≤ 2%
  5. Environmental temperature: ≤ 45℃
  6. Cooling water temperature 0-32 ℃
  7. Cooling water pressure: 0.2-0.55Mpa
  8. Conventional 8-hour cycle
  9. Installation method: Indoor, no foundation, concrete floor leveling, reserved space for maintenance operations
  10. Adsorbent: Activated alumina, molecular sieve
  11. Power supply: 220-1PH-50HZ

Design features:
  1. Pure logic control, user-friendly human-machine interface, automatic continuous display of twin tower working conditions
  2. Adopting high-temperature resistant double eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve, stainless steel corrosion-resistant valve body and stem, with long service life, valve position maintenance, fault alarm, and feedback functions
  3. The bottom of the adsorption tower adopts supporting ceramic balls, which distribute the airflow more evenly and effectively prevent the failure of the adsorbent due to water immersion, thereby extending the service life of the adsorbent
  4. Scientific airflow distributor reduces pressure loss, high utilization rate of desiccant, and low risk of wear and tear
  5. Stainless steel cooler has excellent cooling effect and strong corrosion resistance
  6. Centrifugal gas-liquid separator, with good separation effect and low pressure loss
  7. Manual sewage and intelligent drainage system
  8. Standard configuration includes a complete set of stainless steel power air supply pipelines
  9. Variable frequency band delayed adsorption technology is more energy-efficient (optional)
  10. The PLC control system has an RS485 serial communication interface, which can meet user communication requirements (optional)
