Product principle introduction:
    A freeze dryer is a commonly used drying equipment in compressed air post-treatment systems. It utilizes the principle of reducing the moisture content and temperature of humid air under constant pressure. By using refrigeration technology, the compressed air temperature is lowered, forcing the water vapor to condense into liquid water and be discharged outside the machine. Then, the dehydrated compressed air is heated to near ambient temperature, resulting in dry compressed air with low dew point and relative humidity at the exhaust port of the freeze dryer.

The water-cooled condenser uses high-efficiency spiral finned copper tubes for efficient heat exchange, ensuring safe operation of the equipment
4. The thermal expansion valve is the throttling mechanism of the refrigerated dryer, which converts high-pressure liquid into low-pressure liquid, creating conditions for the refrigerant to vaporize at low pressure and low temperature, effectively regulating the liquid supply to the evaporator
